New Face

Jonah has recently acquired a new face that makes us act like idiots.

Our ward had a Guy Fawkes/Halloween activity tonight--fancy dress and fireworks, a great combination. Video of all the preparations will be posted on our other blog, but here's a preview.

We are working on getting a frame-able picture for grandmas, but are defying the social norm of taking the kid to k-mart dressed in his sunday-best. Here are a couple from our shoot today. Not sure if they're what we're looking for exactly, but here they are at any rate.

This was last night (29 September). It was the first time he's done it without having something in front of him to reach for.

So Sunday night I dreamt that Jonah had teeth. Monday we discovered this little white razor...

So this is why he's been waking every two hours during the night (ah the joys of regression!). Last night I woke up to the sound of little gulps and found myself sitting on the bed in his room feeding him. I've never sleep-walked before, let alone initiated a nursing session whilst REM-ing, but I suppose sleep deprivation causes all kinds of abnormal behaviors. So I closed up shop and cuddled him back to sleep as I've been doing.
